Montana Caliber Remodel & Construction, led by owner Vince Bray, delivers high-quality remodeling and construction services with a focus on craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Born in Missoula and raised in Lolo MT, Vince was a very active kid, playing sports, hunting and fishing, spending time with family. After graduating high school in 2003 he joined the army to work on helicopters. Vince spent several years stationed in Germany, after some time deployed, he returned to Montana. In 2009 Vince attended the UoM for business and in 2012 continued his education by moving to MSU to pursue engineering. After joining the Montana National Guard in 2012 Vince was accepted to Army flight school. Currently Vince runs construction companies as his full time job, while flying part-time for the guard. Vince, his beautiful wife, and 4 kids, live in Helena where they spend a lot of time together outdoors. 

Montana Caliber Remodel & Construction’s Donna Driver, Designer/Drafter, delivers expert design and drafting solutions, creating functional, high-quality remodeling plans tailored to each client’s vision.

  • A Montana native, Donna was born and raised in E. Helena. She started high school at Capital High but graduated from Helena High and a year later joined the MT Army National Guard. Her sense of adventure moved her to go active duty where she served 3 years in West Berlin, Germany. After returning home, she received her BA in Interior Design from MSU Bozeman. Donna has been in the design business for over 30 years and is passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces.  
    In her spare time Donna enjoys spending time with her family, 4wheeling, playing games, doing anything with crafting, sewing and antiques, as well as volunteering in the community and at her church.  

Montana Caliber Remodel & Construction, led by Office Manager Kim Cook, delivers reliable and high-quality remodeling and construction services with a focus on professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Born in Livingston, Montana, I spent the majority of my childhood moving around Montana until I was 16. I then moved to Gregory, South Dakota, where I graduated High School. Went on to Western Dakota Technical College in Rapid City, South Dakota, where I received my associate degree in business administration. After college, I moved back to Montana and have been living in Helena for 20+ years. My husband and I are fortunate enough to have four beautiful daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. I spend my free time reading, camping, going to garage sales, and spending time with family. 

Montana Caliber Remodel & Construction, led by Interior Designer/Drafter Madi Katwyk, delivers expert design and drafting services, creating functional, stylish, and high-quality spaces tailored to your needs.

  • Born in Salt Lake City in 2000, Madi grew up surrounded by design and construction. Her mom and sister designed cabinets and countertops and her dad and brother work as tile contractors, creativity and craftsmanship were part of daily life. Her career began alongside her sister in the high-end stone and countertop industry, contributing to notable projects such as the Montage Resort in Big Sky. She also worked with her dad, gaining skills in drafting and 3D modeling for custom plaster fireplaces and wall details. Since moving to Helena, Montana in 2020, Madi has continued to specialize in design. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, paddleboarding, exploring the national parks, and relaxing in Helena’s many cozy coffee shops. 

Montana Caliber Remodel & Construction highlights expert craftsmanship with Jeremy Barbagello, Finish Lead, delivering high-quality finishes, precision detailing, and exceptional results in every remodeling project.

  • Born and raised in Montana and has worked in construction for the past 10 years. He serves as the remodeling crew supervisor for Montana Caliber, specializing in tile and finish work. In his free time, he enjoys participating in the arts, playing volleyball, hunting, and watching the local Bighorns hockey team. 

Montana Caliber Remodel & Construction’s Cooper Lay, Material Specialist, ensures high-quality materials and precision for every project, delivering durable, efficient, and expertly crafted remodeling solutions.

  • He was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon in 1999 while his father was attending OIT. After his father’s graduation in 2001, the family moved back to Helena. He graduated from Helena High School in 2018 and has since worked as a survey technician for five years, along with a year and a half building fences across Montana. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, shooting hoops with his younger brothers, and spending time outdoors. 

At Montana Caliber Remodel & Construction, Brian Gollehon, Project Manager, ensures efficient project execution, high-quality materials, and expert craftsmanship—delivering durable, timely remodeling results.

  • Brian Gollehon is an experienced project manager with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Montana Tech and a strong background in commercial, industrial, and municipal construction across Montana. With more than a decade of hands-on engineering and field leadership, he brings practical problem-solving, clear communication, and tight project coordination to every job.
